In 2002, Jean-Marie Guilbault decided to transform the kitchen of his Ferme du Letty, gastronomic étoilé (Michelin star) restaurant into Atelier des Saveurs devoting himself to the confection of artisanal jams and confits. Ten years later obtaining the prestigious Meilleur Confiturier de France (2011).
Jean-Marie Guilbault advances in this new venture with two important words “quality and sincerity”.
