For the last 13 years, Mondoports has been conducting business from Brisbane and distributing products Australia wide.
The family-run business is operated by Catherine and Elodie Scally.

Inspired by Catherine’s French cultural heritage and a keen interest in French gastronomy, together Catherine and Elodie saw an opportunity to create a company importing and distributing traditional, unique French products.

Our aim is to continue to source gourmet products and exclusive French speciality provisions made by craftsmen and women who combine innovation, quality, and a love for food, as well as preserving traditional/artisanal methods of food production and look for these qualities with our selection of organic and biodynamic wines from Alsace, France.

As the company grew, we expanded with products from Italy starting with pistachio paste and hazelnut paste from Sicily and organic wines from Tuscany.

We are mindful of the environment, and we have created with our confectionery maker in Italy, tin boxes featuring our Australian treasure, the koala, which is a threatened species.  This co-operation is aimed at raising some funds to help the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital, to rescue endangered koalas who are victims of natural disasters such as fires, floods, and car accidents.
