Dark chocolate 75% cocoa. The Tsachila Indians are named Los Colorados and tint their hair in Blue and red which was the inspiration for the blue packaging. This Bar is made from rare Sylvestre cocoa harvested by a community in Santo Domingo in the Equatorial forest. This cocoa is fruity and floral with a pronounced taste of cacao.
