This exquisite wine has a beautiful amber colour with a complex aroma of dried apricots and dried fruits. It has a structured and complex taste that lingers on the palate.

Color: yellow deep amber, clear.
Smell: very complex, characterized by notes of dried apricot is fruit dry.
Flavor: of great structure is complexity. Very persistent to the palate.

Withering: the grapes are hung in a well-ventilated room, where withering happens in manner natural. The period of withering is of about three months
Vinification: the grapes are pressed and the must that if gets it comes decanted in small oak casks (50/225 lt) where it happens there fermentation alcoholic
