15 Scrambled Eggs with Ar Ro Mad


8 Whole Eggs

50g unsalted butter

1 tbl spoon of pouring cream

3 generous tbl spoons of Ar Ro Mad

Salt and pepper

Entree cold/hot. Makes 4 Servings

1. Break the eggs in a salad bowl and beat with a fork, add a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. In a casserole dish, melt the butter at medium heat

3. When it has melted, add the beaten eggs and continue beatting until reaching a creamy consistancy.

4. Immerse the bottom half of the casserole in cold water to stop the cooking process.

5. Add the Ar Ro Mad and the pouring cream.
6. Serve in small ramequins.
