Godard
In the early 90′s, Maison Godard began to sell a certified regional foie gras made from ducks and geese that were raised outdoors and fed with maize by professional gaveurs. Since 1999, Godard has supplied duck foie gras that has been exclusively selected for its certified origin from southwest France and carries the IGP trademark (Protected Geographical Identification). All Godard specialties are prepared with the freshest ingredients according to traditional recipes, the heritage of the gastronomic know-how of southwest France.
